We offer a Fullpass (all Bachata & Zouk workshops + parties on Thu–Sun), Zouk Fullpass (all Zouk classes + parties on Fri–Sun), and a Party Pass covering all evening + day parties on Thu–Sun.

No. All tickets are non-refundable and purchases are final.

No, it's a separate "pre-festival" event in collaboration with Bachata Studio Tallinn. You can buy tickets either from Mon–Wed or per separate day you want to attend.

Only Day Socials + Night parties from Thursday to Sunday. No workshops or Masterclasses are included.

Yes. Private resales are allowed, and the ticket name can be changed for a €10 name change fee. Name changes are available for Fullpass and Party Pass tickets only. Email support@tallinnbachata.com with your full name, ticket email, and order reference.

Promo codes are only valid for Fullpasses and Party Passes, not Early Bird tickets. Contact your local promoter or ambassador for available promo codes.

Yes! Tallinn Zouk Experience is a dedicated zouk extension running alongside the bachata program. It includes 100% zouk classes, a dedicated zouk party room, international zouk artists and DJs, and more than 10 hours of zouk classes and parties.

Monday to Wednesday: no dress code theme, come as you are!
Thursday 19/11: Show Your Flag — represent your country and wear your flag with pride.
Friday 20/11: Welcome to Brazil — Brazilian vibes, bright colors, and carnival energy.
Saturday 21/11: Royal Anniversary — purple and gold, celebrate like royalty.
Sunday 22/11: Coachella / Boho Style — fringes, lace, feathers, flowers, and good vibes.

No! Leaders and followers are paired randomly each round. You sign up solo. The €25 competition fee is separate from your event pass.

The Jack & Jill is an official Bachata Social World Cup qualifier. The Top 3 finalists qualify for BSWC 2027. The BSWC final happens in Geneva — for more info visit bachatasocialworldcup.vercel.app.

To make changes to your existing booking, you can contact us at support@tallinnbachata.com and for a €10 admin fee we can make name changes or change your booking from a single to double room or vice versa.

Estonia is in the EU and Schengen Zone. EU citizens need only a valid ID. Non-EU citizens should check Schengen visa requirements. Most nationalities can visit visa-free or with a Schengen visa.

Tallinn Airport (TLL) is about 4 km from Kultuurikatel, with a direct tram connection towards the central hotel and venue area. A Bolt/taxi takes ~10 min (€8–12).

All levels are welcome! Workshops are organised by level, and the parties are open to everyone. Even brand-new dancers have an amazing time.
