Tickets are non-refundable and purchases are final. We do not have any cancellation terms for purchases made online. If you have any hesitations or questions about our events or tickets, please do not hesitate to ask by sending us a message or email us!
We do offer the opportunity to sell tickets and change the name of the passes for a €10 Name Change fee.
We understand that plans may change and sometimes you may be unable to attend Tallinn Bachata Experience. However, we have a strict policy regarding ticket cancellations and refunds.
Please note that all tickets purchased for Tallinn Bachata Experience are non-refundable. We are unable to refund any money in case of a no-show or last minute sickness.
Customers who are unable to attend may choose to sell their tickets to someone else. It is the responsibility of the customer to find a buyer for their ticket and to inform us of the transfer latest 2 days before the event. In this case, the customer is requested to pay a name change fee – €10 per name change.
